Every order ships with free tracked shipping. Here is exactly what to expect.
United States, Canada and Australia.
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays during holidays and bad weather can add a few days.
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. A new label can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan. You can follow your order any time on our Track Your Order page.
US orders: no import fees. Canada and Australia: any local duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we can correct it as long as the order has not shipped yet.
If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived 7 days after the estimated delivery date, email us with your order number. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.
